I like to cook and I love great food.

According to GlobalGourmet.com, different positions in the restaurant business, like Cooking Assistant, Executive Chef, Restaurant Manager, and Sous Chef, make different annual earnings; a Cooking Assistant makes about $23,096 to $28,862 dollars a year. Cruise ship, fast food, and institutional cafeterias hire the lowest payed chefs. Fine dining chefs are some the highest paid chefs in the restaurant business.

  4. I chose ”Becoming a Chef” because it could be a great tool for my career. The authors are Andrew Doonesbury and Karen Page. The book is about contemporary writing on food. “Becoming a Chef” was published in the summer of 1995. It says, ”Up until the last decades, the title of chef applied only the highly visible, and widely recognized men.” I like to cook and eat different foods.
